The admission process at the Virtual University is carefully structured to be both accessible and convenient for all applicants. Students are provided with two simple options to begin their journey: they can either apply online from the comfort of their homes or visit the nearest Virtual Campus where dedicated staff are available to provide step-by-step guidance.
The online application portal has been designed with a user-friendly interface, ensuring that even those with limited technical knowledge can navigate it without difficulty. Through the portal, candidates can easily create an account, enter their personal and academic details, upload scanned copies of the required documents, and complete the application form. Once all sections are filled, applicants can submit their forms with just a few clicks.
Last Date of Admissions
The virtual university announced that its admission starting date is July 7, 2025, and its admission will end on September 30, 2025. The candidate are advised to please visit virtual campus for their admission confirmation.

The last Date to Apply for Course Exemption

After this deadline, no requests will be entertained, so students are strongly advised to plan ahead and complete the process in time.

Semester Fee
The Virtual University of Pakistan follows a very affordable and student-friendly fee structure. For its BS Programs, Associate Degree Programs, and B.Ed Programs, the university charges a uniform semester fee of Rs. 18,000. This consistency across multiple programs ensures transparency and ease for students when planning their educational expenses.
To further support students, especially those who may face financial constraints, the university also provides a flexible installment option. Instead of paying the full Rs. 18,000 at once, students have the facility to convert their semester fee into monthly installments of Rs. 3,000.
